Physio

Physiotherapists play a fundamental role in the recovery and prevention of ankle sprains. Our team of physiotherapists are highly experienced in sports injuries and have worked with professional sports clubs. They will provide rehabilitation plans after the injury to get you back to the sports or activities you pursue. If surgery is needed, they will also look after you during the post-operative period to facilitate recovery. Physhiotherapists will use different treatment strategies to ensure a comfortable return to each patient’s activities.

They have access to Ultrasound examination and an array of injection therapies that can be very helpful in recovering from ankle sprains.
